Frequently Asked Questions
What is an Escape Room?
An Escape Room is a live-action action adventure where YOU are the Hero. Together with a group of friends, family, or co-workers, you work to solve a mystery, conquer challenges, and have an adventure.
I heard Escape Rooms lock you in?
Don't worry, the exit door is always unlocked for you to step out to use the restroom, take a phone call, or just catch your breath. Our games are designed to be more goal-oriented rather than just escaping a locked room.
I don't like scares or things that jump out at me.
Jump scares aren't really our thing either. If a room contains scary, or mature, elements then the game description will let you know. If you have any questions or concerns please contact our staff and we will be happy to assist you.
Do I need to fill all the slots in the room? What happens if I don't?
Our Rooms require a minimum of 2 people to play for certain puzzles to work. If your party does not fill all the available slots in the game then you may be paired with another party on a first-come first-served basis. If you do not wish to have other people in the room with you then you can purchase all the tickets for that time and have it marked "private". However Escape Rooms are a great way to have fun with new people so don't be afraid to make new friends!
Are there any age restrictions/requirements?
We require waivers to be signed by an adult. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult. If you wish to bring children under the age of 10 then you must purchase a private game.
Is it hard? What happens if we get stuck?
The games are more tricky than truly hard. You don't have to be a genius to solve our puzzles. If you get stuck you have a number of hints available to you to propel you along. Don't panic if you get stuck, just ask for a hint.
